Press Release Summary = January 29, 2007/Norway- Outsourceit International AS an
outsourcing firm focusing on providing Remote Staffing and Software Outsourcing
services from low cost countries to clients in high cost countries has opened it
first overseas subsidiary in Vietnam.

Press Release Body = This is a great opportunity for clients who are under resourced
and having problems finding qualified candidates in their own country to try out our
Remote Staffing service by just hiring one candidate via our Vietnamese office. Our
new office in Ho Chi Minh City now employs three Vietnamese software engineers with
IT degrees and several years of programming experience. These qualified engineers
were recruited by us and will be managed by us but will solely work for our client
in Norway.

Our new subsidiary will provide both Remote Staffing service and Software
Outsourcing services. Under Remote Staffing we will recruit, train, manage and host
the human resources in Vietnam on behalf of our clients. Under Software Outsourcing
services we will outsource clients software projects to our pre-qualified software
partners in this region while managing and monitoring the entire process on client's
behalf.
